Bryan Whitemyer

Bryan Whitemyer has extensive experience in city management, currently serving as City Manager for the City of Oakdale since February 2013. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of City Manager for the City of Hughson from November 2010 to February 2013 and served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Patterson between August 2007 and November 2010. Bryan began a career in municipal administration as a Management Analyst with the City of Modesto from 2002 to 2007. Educationally, Bryan earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, between 2003 and 2006, and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University.
