Cj Haynes

CJ Haynes has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. They currently serve as the Director of Community Development Services for the City of Ocala, a position they assumed in May 2021. Prior to this role, CJ worked for the Ocala Housing Authority as a Deputy Director from July 2015 to May 2021. From April 2009 to July 2015, they held the position of Senior Manager in Public Reinvestment for the City of Ocala. Additionally, CJ has experience in the private sector, having worked at Ferguson Enterprises. They served as a Branch Manager from February 2006 to August 2008, as an Operations Manager from August 2001 to January 2006, and as a Credit Manager from July 1996 to July 2001.

CJ Haynes attended The Citadel from 1990 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Additionally, CJ completed an MBA during the same period of study.
