Jayme Timberlake Moldovan

Jayme Timberlake Moldovan serves as the Coastal Zone Administrator for the City of Oceanside since May 2022, focusing on the implementation of nature-based coastal resilience strategies and public outreach programs. Previously, Jayme held the position of Coastal Zone Program Administrator at the City of Encinitas from April 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included providing biological coastal erosion prevention strategies and managing interdisciplinary technical teams. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Compliance Manager at Flatiron Construction and Biologist and Coastal Ecologist at Dudek, among others, where expertise in habitat restoration, regulatory compliance, and environmental management was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Coastal Zone Management from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara.
