Leonard Lui Pe

Leonard Lui, PE, is an Associate Engineer at the City of Ontario since February 2022. Previously, Leonard served as an Assistant Civil Engineer at the City of Santa Fe Springs, where the implementation of a new online-based program significantly improved permit processing efficiency. Prior experiences include roles at Fuscoe Engineering, Inc., and Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, focusing on civil engineering design using AutoCAD Civil 3D, site assessments, and regulatory compliance. Leonard's background features collaborative project management, engineering design, and extensive technical support across various engineering firms. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University.
