Alexandra Kocher

Alexandra Kocher is a seasoned professional with experience in social services, employee engagement, and military operations. Currently serving as a Social Services Programmer at the City of Oregon City, Alexandra coordinates various programs at the Pioneer Community Center, including Meals on Wheels and community recreation. Previously, Alexandra held multiple roles at Axios, such as Senior Associate in Employee Experience and Operations, where strategies for employee engagement and support for senior leadership were developed. Alexandra's military background includes serving in the United States Army, where responsibilities ranged from Battalion S6 Officer in Charge to executive roles in tactical signal companies. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University, complemented by leadership experience in the Ohio National Guard as a Team Leader.
