Barbara Codjoe, MBA - HR, aPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Finally, they served as the Regional Director of Services, leading a team of Field Service Managers responsible for the company's installation and repair service network.
Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in HR practices and implementation of HRIS systems, as well as a track record of building and managing successful teams.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management/Marketing/Labor and Employee Relations from Penn State University. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a major focus in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Community College. Barbara also holds the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in July 2021.
