Dennis Leap

Dennis Leap is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in site development and project management. Currently serving as Site Development Manager for the City of Palm Coast since March 2020, Leap previously held the position of Engineering Project Administrator for Flagler County from August 2018 to March 2020. Prior roles include Engineer at MetaWorld Civil Consulting, LLC (August 2014 - August 2018), Vice President at Wade Trim (January 2007 - December 2012), Senior Project Manager and Vice President at Tomoka Engineering (February 2003 - January 2007), and various positions at Taylor Wiseman & Taylor from June 1987 to February 2003, including Project Manager and Regional Manager. Leap holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, obtained between 1981 and 1987.
