Michael Decastro

Michael DeCastro serves as the President of the Management Association of Palm Springs since September 2023, leading efforts in contract negotiations and community service for management professionals. Since December 2013, Michael has been the Network Administrator for the City of Palm Springs, achieving significant upgrades and migrations in critical systems and infrastructure. Michael also owns Infotech Solutions Group and has held various IT leadership roles, including vCIO at JSP Consulting/Computer Gallery, Director of IT at KDI Elements, IT Manager at Pendleton Consulting, and Lead IT Consultant and Project Manager at ESP Consulting. Michael began a career in technology as a Senior Network Engineer at Computer Gallery and has a background in Satellite Communications from service in the Air Force from 1992 to 1996. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science from Santa Monica College, along with education from College of the Desert and Keesler Technical Training Center.
