Conner Hicks

Conner Hicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in utility billing and administrative roles. Currently serving as Utilities Billing Manager at the City of Panama City Beach Government since April 2022, Conner has also held the positions of Interim Utilities Billing Manager and Senior Administrative Support Specialist within the same department. Prior to this role, Conner worked at Buffalo Rock Company from October 2019 to April 2022 as Area Development Coordinator and Service Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Environmental Services at Healthcare Services Group, Inc., Safety Compliance Manager at Coleman Worldwide Moving, Assistant Manager at Coleman World Group, and Warehouse Support at Buffalo Rock Pepsi. Conner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Troy University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
