Heidi Luce

Heidi Luce is a seasoned City Clerk with extensive experience in municipal governance, currently serving the City of Paramount since January 2020. Prior to this role, Heidi held the position of City Clerk in Rolling Hills Estates from August 2017 to January 2020, and in Rolling Hills from January 2009 to July 2017. Before entering public service, Heidi worked as a Marketing Communication Manager at Target Specialty Products for nearly a decade. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton, earned in 1998.
