Kurtis Schliebe

Kurtis Schliebe is an experienced engineering technician currently employed by the City of Pasco since June 2020, where responsibilities include technical support and project management. Prior to this role, Kurtis worked at Sealaska Technical Services from March 2011 to June 2020 as a Construction Representative, overseeing project personnel, schedules, budgets, and quality control while maintaining client relationships and preparing project documentation. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Construction Engineer with Fluor/CH2M Hill in 2010, focusing on construction file management and material coordination, and a position as a Construction Assistant at Koehler Construction, where Kurtis assisted with residential framing and site safety. Kurtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University, earned between 2005 and 2010.
