Patricia Brenes

Patricia Brenes is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in municipal planning. Currently serving as Planning Manager for the City of Perris since July 2022, Patricia has held the role of Principal Planner for the City of Riverside since March 2016 and previously for the City of Redlands from August 2014 to March 2016. Patricia's expertise includes directing the Planning Division's operations, overseeing complex development projects, conducting in-depth land use analyses, and providing support to various city commissions. Patricia’s career in Riverside began in April 1999, where roles included Senior Planner and Associate Planner. Patricia holds a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
