Robin Gilliland

Robin Gilliland serves as a Homeless Outreach Program Development Consultant for the City of San Jacinto, CA, where responsibilities include the development of outreach programs, resulting in 71 individuals housed since the inception of the HARP program. In addition, Gilliland provides safety training for front-line staff interacting with homeless individuals for the City of Perris. As the Owner of Robin Gilliland Consulting, consulting services draw on extensive experience as Outreach Administrator and Homeless Outreach Liaison for the City of Temecula, where efforts focused on collaboration with non-profits and law enforcement to address homelessness. Previous roles in Temecula also include Supervisor/Sister City Liaison and Museum Director, overseeing budgets and managing staff for various city facilities. Education includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix.
