Ruchira Tejpal Phr

Ruchira Tejpal, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Perris since July 2018, after holding the position of Human Resources Technician I. Previously, Ruchira worked as a Project Coordinator in Training & Development for the City of Riverside and held a Senior Officer role in Corporate HR at Reliance Energy. Initial work experience includes a summer internship at Grand Hyatt and project trainee positions at Zydus Cadilla and Mukund Steel Ltd. Ruchira's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Commerce and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and SIES College of Management Studies, respectively, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
