Kelsey McCarthy

Kelsey McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, public relations, and content strategy. Currently serving at Petaluma Police Department, Kelsey manages communications, branding, and oversees community outreach initiatives. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Content Partnerships Coordinator at Redbubble, where responsibilities included developing partner social media strategies, managing client relationships, and tracking campaign performance. Additionally, Kelsey held various roles at In-N-Out Burger, where supervision and training of staff were key duties. Experience also includes a development internship at Paramount Pictures and event coordination at the University of Oregon. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oregon and furthered education at UCLA.
