Richard Hertz

Richard Hertz is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy CIO and Chief Technology Officer for the City of Philadelphia, Richard has also held key positions as Principal at GigaHertz Consulting, LLC and Tech Lead/CTO at A2C Cloud. Prior experience includes significant roles at Comcast Cable, where Richard was VP of vCMTS Software Development, VP of ERP Services, and VP of Enterprise Architecture & Technology, as well as VP of Engineering at ATT Broadband. Richard holds a Master of Science in IT Audit & Cyber-Security from Temple University and an MSc in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
