Shipra Jha

Shipra Jha is an experienced professional in the fields of HR, payroll technology, and data analysis. Currently serving as HR Payroll Technology Manager for the City of Philadelphia since September 2015, Shipra has held various roles including Payroll Lead, Senior SQL Developer, and SQL Developer. Previous experience includes a position as Data Analyst at Corporate IT @ Penn in 2014, and as a Research Assistant at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery - CHOP from 2010 to 2011. Shipra also contributed as a Programmer Analyst at the Medical Image Processing Group at the University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2007, and worked as a Test Analyst/Programmer at eDictation in 2003. Shipra holds a Master's Degree in Health Care IT from Drexel University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
