Tracey Bryant, MSOD, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. At the City of Philadelphia, they held various leadership positions such as Deputy Director of Talent Management, where they supervised a team and oversaw multiple programs and services related to talent acquisition, employee development, and onboarding. Tracey also played a significant role in enhancing communication, workplace culture, and conflict management skills within city departments. As Director of Training and Recruiting, they led stakeholder management meetings, developed the city's first centralized new hire onboarding program, and designed professional development initiatives. Prior to this, Tracey served as the Hiring Services Manager in the Human Resources department, where they led a team in creating civil service exams, conducting job audits, and evaluating pay for civil service roles.
