Felicity Williams

Felicity Williams is the current Deputy Chief of Staff at the City of Pittsburgh. Felicity has also served as the Assistant Chief of Staff to the Mayor from January 2022 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Programs and Policy Manager and Special Assistant to the President & CEO at the Hill Community Development Corporation from November 2018 to December 2021. Felicity has also worked as the Programs and Policy Associate and Special Assistant to the President & CEO at the Hill Community Development Corporation from July 2017 to November 2018, where they were responsible for managing all small business support and homeownership programs, overseeing and facilitating the community review process for the Hill District neighborhood, and maintaining the organization's social media accounts and website.
