Crystal Adams

Crystal Adams is a highly experienced professional in public administration, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst in the Placentia Fire & Life Safety Department since November 2020. In this role, Crystal creates reports, monitors Fire/EMS call trends, and oversees onboarding, data systems administration, and equipment procurement. Prior to this position, Crystal worked as a Management Analyst in the same department and as a Senior Management Analyst in the City Manager's Office for the City of Eastvale. Crystal has extensive experience in managing contracts, strategic planning, and serving as a liaison between city departments and agencies. Early career roles include program management for PACE programs at the Western Riverside Council of Governments and various administrative and customer service positions in multiple cities. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a focus on Public Relations, from California State University, Fullerton.
