Leonard Dornevil

Leonard Dornevil, M.Sc., P.E. is a civil engineer with diverse experience in engineering and inspection roles. Currently employed at the City of Plantation since February 2022, Leonard previously worked as a Traffic Engineering Specialist for Jacobs, focusing on Florida Turnpike Enterprise projects, and served as an Engineering Specialist III at the Florida Department of Transportation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Building Inspector at IBA Consultants Inc., where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with building codes and ordinances. Leonard holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, as well as an Associate's degree in Engineering from Miami Dade College.
