Marilyn Oliva, MBA, has a strong background in strategy and marketing leadership. Marilyn Oliva, MBA is currently working as the Marketing Director at the City of Pompano Beach since August 2019. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at MPower Marketing Strategy for a decade, where they focused on implementing multi-layer marketing programs and providing strategic recommendations. Marilyn also has experience as a Global Marketing Manager at Citrix Systems, where they developed the marketing function and oversaw global communication strategies. Marilyn Oliva, MBA started their career at American Express as a Regional Marketing Manager and later became the Interim Marketing Director, leading localized marketing efforts across Latin American markets.

Marilyn Oliva has an MBA in Strategy and Marketing Leadership from Rutgers University - Newark. Marilyn Oliva, MBA also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the same university.
