Curtis Collard

Curtis Collard is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology for the City of Port Colborne since January 2021, following a role as a Business Systems Analyst focused on implementing and enhancing business systems. Previously, Curtis held positions such as IT Service Technician for the Town of Niagara on the Lake and IT and Communications Support, where responsibilities included maintaining computer systems and developing training documentation. Curtis's early career includes experience as a Customer Service Representative at CIBC and entrepreneurial training at EPICentre, University of Windsor, where Curtis developed a community engagement application prototype.
