Pamela Lynch

Pamela Lynch is an experienced professional currently serving as the CRA/Grant Coordinator for the City of Port Richey since July 2021. Prior to this role, Pamela worked for Pasco County Government as the Reclaimed Water Program Coordinator/Grant Specialist from March 2005 to July 2021, managing the administration and implementation of the county's Reclaimed Water System. Earlier in their career, Pamela served as an Administrative Assistant at the Southwest Florida Water Management District from November 1998 to March 2005 and as an Executive Assistant at United Health Services from February 1983 to July 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix-Tampa Campus and a certification in Grant Writing from Pasco-Hernando State College.
