Alisa Nichols

Alisa Nichols serves as the Utilities Administrator for the City of Poway since October 2022. Previously, Alisa held the position of Management Analyst at Vista Irrigation District from January 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included legislative analysis, budget preparation, and public information management. Alisa's earlier experience includes roles as Administrative Assistant to Watermaster at Santa Margarita River Watershed, Paralegal at LAFAVE/RICE, and Litigation Secretary at Marks & Golia, among others. Alisa has a diverse background in program management and administration in both legal and health services settings. Alisa obtained a Certification in Water Resource Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University San Marcos.
