Rosa Ocheltree

Rosa Ocheltree MBA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in municipal finance and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Finance Director for the City of Powell, Ohio since November 2021, Rosa previously held the position of Deputy Director of Finance for the City of Dublin, Ohio. Rosa's career includes significant roles at the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), where responsibilities encompassed managing a $120M+ administrative budget and overseeing financial reconciliations for $100B in assets. Prior positions also include project and analytical roles at Nationwide and Battelle, with a focus on enhancing organizational performance, driving process improvements, and implementing effective financial reporting systems. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from Franklin University.
