Ben Lobaugh

Ben Lobaugh is a Capital Improvement Project Manager at the City of Providence, with a career that includes extensive experience in construction and engineering management. Previous roles include Construction Manager and Project Engineer at West Virginia University, and Mechanical Engineer at Ohio Valley Medical Center Incorporated. Ben's engineering expertise was further developed during tenure at Dril-Quip as Engineer II in Products Engineering and earlier as a Peer Learning Assistant and Research Assistant while studying at the University of Oklahoma. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in 2014.
