Richard Toeller

Richard Toeller has an extensive background in law enforcement and military service. Richard currently holds the position of Assistant Chief at the City of Racine and also serves as Director at Royal Family Kids Racine. Throughout their career, Richard has held various leadership roles in the police department, Army National Guard, USMC, and ADC. Richard is a skilled drummer and holds a degree in Pastoral from North Central University.
