Alyssa Halle-Schramm

Alyssa Halle-Schramm currently serves as the Business & Strategy Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Alyssa was the Long Range Planning Administrator for the City of College Station from February 2020 to September 2023, where key contributions included leading the planning division, creating an internship program that transitioned two interns into full-time planners, and overseeing the award-winning update of the College Station Comprehensive Plan. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Planner for the City of College Station, Sustainability Coordinator at Austin Community College, and Sustainability Program Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin. Alyssa’s educational background includes a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Architectural Technology from Cape Fear Community College.
