Fiona Purcell, MS, is an experienced Training Manager at the Raleigh Wake 911 Center within the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, serving since December 2019. Fiona's role involves researching, designing, coordinating, and executing training programs to enhance departmental performance, alongside delivering onboarding and specialized training for new hires. Previously, Fiona worked as a Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Expert at AFSC/Magellan Federal, managing training for military personnel and DOD civilians. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Mental Training and an intern at the International Junior Golf Academy, as well as providing performance coaching for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro's Division 1 Men's Golf Team during graduate studies. Fiona holds a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of Lynchburg.
