Kevin Belkofer

Kevin Belkofer currently serves as the Enterprise Data Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, where responsibilities include overseeing data and collaboration platforms that enhance operational performance for municipal departments. Previously, Kevin held various leadership roles at SAIC, including Cloud Computing Engineering Director, where management encompassed multiple teams across data center operations, cloud computing, system administration, and business intelligence solutions. Kevin's extensive experience spans project management, software engineering, and data analysis, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
