Scott Garrison

Scott Garrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Administrator for the City of Red Bluff since February 2020, Scott has held various HR roles within the organization. Prior to this, Scott worked as an Operations Manager for Express Employment Professionals and Two Men and a Truck®, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and overseeing human resources functions. Scott's career began at Barnes & Noble, Inc., progressing through roles such as Assistant Store Manager and Merchandise Manager, emphasizing customer service, staffing, and sales improvement. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Sierra College.
