Chandra Thomas

Chandra Thomas currently serves as a Senior Manager with the City of Redlands since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Analyst III for the City of Rancho Cucamonga from September 2021 to October 2024, and as an EMS Analyst 2 at Riverside County Fire between December 2017 and October 2021. Additionally, Chandra worked as an Agency Program Administrator with the County of Riverside from July 2008 to June 2017, and as an Environmental Analyst at CASC Engineering and Consulting from August 2004 to July 2008. Chandra Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Water Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Public Administration, both obtained from California State University-San Bernardino between 2003 and 2005.
