Andrea Leish

Andrea Leish is an experienced safety and risk management professional currently serving as the Safety Program Manager and Public Works Safety and Risk Coordinator for the City of Redmond, Oregon, since September 2021. Prior to this, Andrea held various roles at St. Charles Health System, including Safety and Environment of Care Program Manager and Emergency Management Coordinator from July 2017 to September 2021, as well as Safety/Hazmat Coordinator from November 2008 to December 2015. Andrea's experience also includes working as a Healthcare Preparedness Program Liaison for the Oregon Health Authority from December 2015 to July 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Chico, a Human Resource Management Certification from Portland State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oregon State University.
