Andrew Polacek

Andrew Polacek is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Programs Technician for the City of Redmond, Oregon, since February 2023. Prior roles include Ultra Pure Water Technician at KEMTROL, INC, and Forestry Technician at Mountain G Enterprises, where significant expertise was gained through work on USFS contracts. Andrew's background also encompasses implementation of fire suppression and sustainable forestry contracts with Small Woodland Services, and park maintenance roles with Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Southern Oregon University and a certification in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Portland Community College.
