Hailey L. Looney

Hailey L. Looney, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources Specialist with a focus on classification and compensation at the City of Redmond, Oregon, since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading recruitment and liaising between hiring managers and City leadership. Previously, Hailey served as a Human Resources Generalist at the Kodiak Area Native Association, managing onboarding, exit procedures, and event coordination.
