Jennifer Smalling

Jennifer Smalling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in accounts payable and customer service. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist for the City of Redmond, Oregon since May 2021, Jennifer previously worked at ParcelShield LLC as a Customer Service Associate, where responsibilities included tracking package deliveries and ensuring the timely delivery of prescription drugs. In a volunteer role as Vice Chairman for the ERA/High Desert Stampede Rodeo board of Directors, Jennifer was instrumental in sponsorship and marketing efforts. Additional expertise includes health service operations at Pacific Source Health Care, administrative functions at Treasure Valley Coffee, and customer service management at Altairia International, where Jennifer contributed to the development of the customer service department.
