Jessica MacClanahan P.e.

Jessica MacClanahan, P.E. has a strong background in engineering with experience in various roles and companies. Jessica began their career as a Project Engineer Intern at Rudolph and Sletten in 2008. Jessica then worked at Flatiron Construction Corporation as an Estimating/Pre-Construction Engineer before transitioning to the role of a Tunnel Engineer. At Flatiron Construction Corporation, Jessica was responsible for overseeing field operations, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with subcontractors. Jessica also gained experience in design coordination and proposal preparation.

After their time at Flatiron Construction Corporation, Jessica joined Coastland Civil Engineering, Inc as a Construction Manager/Resident Engineer, where they managed construction projects and ensured compliance with contracts. Jessica then moved on to the City of Bend, where they served as a Project Engineer and later as a Principal Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing engineering projects and providing technical expertise.

Most recently, Jessica is employed at the City of Redmond, Oregon as a City Engineer and now serves as the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. In their current position, they are responsible for managing public works projects and overseeing engineering operations for the city.

Jessica MacClanahan, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
