Kathryn Osborne

Kathryn Osborne MBA has a diverse background in marketing and public service, currently serving as a City Council Member for the City of Redmond, Oregon since January 2023. As the owner of Red Fence Consulting since November 2018, Kathryn provides personalized business services focused on social media marketing and brand growth. Previous experience includes co-founding SPIRITBATH L.L.C., working as a Digital Marketing Strategist at PatRick Corporation, and holding various marketing roles at KEITH Manufacturing Company and Kubota Photo Design. Kathryn also has hands-on experience in project management and sales from roles at Deltec Homes and Texas Roadhouse. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Asian Studies from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mars Hill University.
