Roger Preece

Roger Preece is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in both charitable and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Master at The Royal Foundation of St Katharine since October 2019, Roger has also held positions such as Partner, Assessor and Coach at Strengths Unleashed, and Owner of Thinking Life, where focus is on enhancing personal and organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Archdeacon and Director of the Board of Finance at the Diocese of Liverpool, Director and Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee at Liverpool Diocese Schools Trust, and Chair of the Board of Directors at St. Rocco's Hospice. Roger's early career highlights include positions such as Managing Director at Capco and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, along with interim leadership at Oxford Analytica. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Theology from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.
