Min Luo

Min Luo is a seasoned transportation engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and traffic operations. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Engineer for the City of Redmond since September 2015, Min Luo has established a significant reputation for efficiency and excellent customer service. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc., where Min Luo developed travel demand and traffic operations models for multiple cities, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Idaho, focusing on traffic signal systems. Earlier experience at the Guangxi Department of Transportation involved comprehensive project reviews and contract negotiations. Min Luo holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Engineering from the University of Idaho, a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Haven, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Chongqing Jiaotong University.
