Richard Viscay

Richard Viscay is currently serving as the CFO/City Auditor/Budget Director at the City of Revere since January 2018. Prior to this role, Richard was the Comptroller at the Town of Arlington, Massachusetts and CFO/City Auditor at the City of Everett, Massachusetts. Viscay also served as the Finance Director at the City of Salem and the Town of Wenham in Massachusetts. Richard began their career as an Accountant IV at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Viscay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Salem State University.
