Cesar Garcia is a highly skilled firefighter currently serving in the City of Richfield since February 2022, with previous experience as a firefighter in the City of Plymouth from November 2019 to June 2023. Cesar holds Fire I and Fire II certifications, is Haz Mat Operations certified, and is a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (NREMTB).
