Kerwin Jensen is the Development Services Director at City of Richland. Kerwin has over 20 years of experience in the planning and development field.
Jensen started their career as a Management Intern with the City of Orem. Kerwin then became the Planning Director for City of Billings/Yellowstone County. After 12 years in that role, they became the Community Development Director for Summit County, Utah.
In January 2000, Jensen began working for the City of Richland as the Development Services Director. In this role, they are responsible for the planning, zoning, and code enforcement functions of the city. Kerwin has helped the city to grow and develop in a sustainable way.
Kerwin Jensen received their Master's degree in Geography/Resource Management from Brigham Young University and their Bachelor's degree in Geography/Urban Planning from Weber State University.
