John Walsh has a wealth of experience in property maintenance, code enforcement, and operations management. As the Past President of VIRGINIA BUILDING & CODE OFFICIALS ASSN, John demonstrated strong leadership skills. Currently, serving as the Programs and Operations Manager at City of Richmond, Virginia, John oversees all day to day operations for Solid Waste, Recycling, and the Community Enhancement Team.
