Daljit Mander

Daljit Mander is an experienced engineering professional with a focused career in civil engineering and construction. Currently serving as an Engineering Inspector with the City of Richmond since August 2017, Daljit previously held the position of Senior Engineering Technologist at WSP in Canada from October 2010 to August 2017, where responsibilities included field reviews of various construction materials and monitoring of specialized structures. Earlier roles include Quality Inspector at Bilfinger Berger, where quality management procedures for infrastructure were implemented, and Site Superintendent/Field Engineer at Bouygues. Daljit began the career as a Field Engineer at Besix and holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from APS Polytechnic, Bangalore, obtained from 1973 to 1976.
