Jack Xu

Jack Xu is an experienced engineering professional with over 25 years in the construction and engineering field. Currently serving as an Engineering Inspector II for the City of Richmond since January 2019, Jack Xu's expertise includes construction inspections, non-destructive testing, special material testing, and quality assurance preparations. Prior to this role, Jack Xu held positions as a Senior Field Technician and Laboratory Supervisor at Canadian Construction Materials Engineering & Testing Inc., where responsibilities encompassed diverse inspection and testing procedures as well as laboratory accreditation processes. Previous experience also includes roles as a Production QC Technician at Jack Cewe Ltd. and a Field Engineer at Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd., where Jack Xu contributed to quality control, construction inspections, and project management.
