Melissa Irwin

Melissa Irwin is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Procurement Coordinator for the City of Ridgefield since September 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Procurement Agent at Insitu from June 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included executing purchase order contracts, negotiating pricing with suppliers, and utilizing CostPoint for purchase order management. Melissa has a strong background in customer service, having worked as a cashier at various organizations including SURC Marketplace, Fred Meyers, Target, and JCPenney, as well as experience as a food server at North Village Cafe. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University in 2016.
