Charli Hannoona

Charli Hannoona is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and network management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the City of Rio Rancho since December 2016, Charli has developed expertise in technology repairs, server management, and network configuration. Previous roles include Information Technology Project Manager in the United States Air Force and IT End User Support Supervisor for the State of New Mexico's Department of Public Safety, where responsibilities encompassed supervising end user support and developing support systems. Charli's career began as a PC and Network Technician, progressing through various IT roles that highlight a strong foundation in technical support, customer service, and systems management.
