Russell Swanson

Russell Swanson is an experienced financial analyst currently employed by the City of River Falls since January 2015, where Russell has also held positions as an account specialist, account clerk, and customer service representative. In addition to work in municipal finance, Russell has contributed to Swanson Home Services since May 2005, focusing on enhancing household management for family benefit.
